Care to prevent falls in elderly

Its the rainy season and we all are enjoying the pleasant weather. But there is a section of elderly who are scared of the rains not because they don’t like rains but because they know their body isn’t stable enough to manage its own balance if the floor becomes wet.

Its for this reason we need to be extremely careful during this season. Because even a minor fall or jurk can be a cause of fracture in the elderly osteoporotic population.

Antenatal classes

Physio & Beyond is pleased to announce prenatal classes at our center. The classes are conducted in the afternoon between 2-4 pm on alternate days (approximately 45 minutes session). 13 sessions are taken in a month, which also includes a session with the dietitian.
