Pregnancy Exercise Programme

Physio & Beyond has now introduced an group exercise programme specially designed for pregnant women.
This ‘Pregnancy Exercise Programme’ is conducted by qualified physiotherapist’s and is a blend of both exercises and education to give you a better understanding of your body and also to help the body adapt well with the changes that come during pregnancy.

About Pregnancy Exercise Programme

  • Group exercise session conducted thrice a week (45 minutes)
  • You can commence the classes after 16th weeks of pregnancy and keep coming until the baby arrives
  • A session with the dietitian taken once a month for nutritional advice
  • Relaxation techniques and coping strategies for labour taught
  • Help to evaluate and treat various aches and pains
