Physio & Beyond is pleased to announce prenatal classes at our center. The classes are conducted in the afternoon between 2-4 pm on alternate days (approximately 45 minutes session). 13 sessions are taken in a month, which also includes a session with the dietitian.

  • Postural advice
  • Advice to prevent and reduce aches and pains
  • Light cardio workout
  • Pilates on gym ball
  • Relaxation techniques

Take prior advice of your gynecologist before enrolling for the classes
